Not a great week of training, trying to get back to the groove. Nautica South Beach Classic Triathlon next weekend. Plan is to bike and run as scheduled and swim 5 days 1000 meters, see if it will help my swim leg time. Total training time for this week Swim = 1000 meters, Bike = 80.04 miles and Run = 12.8 miles for an approximate time of 6:54.
