Trying to get back into training, not a great week, but it was fun. Spent the weekend sailing saturday/sunday, sail from Miami to Boca Chita spent the night in the island, swim for 30 minutes on saturday by the island, and sunday kayak for 5 miles. Total week training Swim=2550, Bike=85.85 miles and Run=3.8 miles for an approximate time of 6 hours. I should be happy that running is my stronge leg of a triathlon.
