Total weekly training: Swim - 5750 meters, Bike - 139.21 miles and Run - 17.8 miles for an approximate time of 12:43. Long bike ride on Saturday (64 miles) followed by a 30 minute run. Felt great during the bike ride and run, hopefully I will have a good race next week. Long run on Sunday (9 miles hill work). Next week is a tapper week, Gator Half Iron distance triathlon next Sunday 3/20.
