Week 12

Didn't train that much this week.  Had to travel out of the Country on Monday after the Tri to Colombia.  Travel/rested between the Half Iron distance Triathlon and the Corporate 5K run on Thursday.  The run wasn't bad, did it in 21:55, felt good all the way.  On Sunday, I went to the Gym for some weights and run for 45 minutes.  Need to start again training, next triathlon coming soon....

Week 11 - First Half Iron Triathlon of season

Not a great week for training, or tapper.  Didn't swim at all for the all week.  Had one bike ride and one run.  Finished the Gator half, not a good race for me, but it was my best time 5:34:55 Swim= 42:03 T1=3:30 Bike=2:51:12 T2=3:0 Run=1:55:11.
Total for the week Swim =2000 meters, Bike = 85 miles, Run= 17.7 miles for an approximate total time of 7:31.

Week 10

Total weekly training: Swim - 5750 meters, Bike - 139.21 miles and Run - 17.8 miles for an approximate time of 12:43.  Long bike ride on Saturday (64 miles) followed by a 30 minute run.  Felt great during the bike ride and run, hopefully I will have a good race next week.  Long run on Sunday (9 miles hill work).  Next week is a tapper week, Gator Half Iron distance triathlon next Sunday 3/20.

Week 9

Total weekly training: Swim - 5500 meters, Bike - 135.14 miles and Run - 19 miles for an approximate time of 12:25.  Missed a mid week swim, was out of town.  Long bike ride on Saturday (57 miles) and long run on Sunday (8 miles hill work).
