Week 39

Still out of town, had to fly home on Thursday night and drive with friends to Augusta Georgia for the half Ironman on Sunday.  The half Ironman was ok, did it in 5:32, not my best time.  Was tired for the run, I guess that I ran too much the week before 56.51 miles.  Total distance for the week, including half ironman swim=3500 meters, bike=62 miles, run=17.7 miles for an approximate total time of 7:03.
