Week 36

Recovery week, but not an easy one.  Tired fromlast week load.  Total distance for the week Swim=5000 meters, Bike=126.28 miles, Run=22.8 miles for an approximate total time of 12:37.  Next week it will be tough, will be travelling during the weekend, will try to do the long distance bike ride tomorrow (labor day) hopefully everything will workout.
