Getting ready for the Ironman Florida 70.3 next week, Training was ok, still feel tire time to time. Not muscle tired, but from lack of sleep, need to be able to sleep more than 5 hours. Total weekly distance Swim= 5,800 meters, Bike=101.57 miles, Run=19 miles for a total time of 10:21. Hopefully will have a good week of sleep and be fresh by next weekend.
