First Week Training

Great training week, felt real good.  Total week training Swim-3900 meters, Bike-97 miles and Run-19 miles, approximately 10 hours.
I feel like within 3 to 4 weeks I will be at the same level that I was for the Ironman 70.3 Miami.  The shorter schedule will work great for me, will have 5 weeks to improve my half iron distance time.
