Week 29

Training going as planned, starting to spend more time in the pool, slowly increasing my swim distance. I was able to swim 3000 meters in 1:14 my longest distance so far.  Total distance for the week Swim=4500 meters, Bike=108.6 miles, Run=23.33 miles for an approximate time of 11:08.

Week 28

Starting to feel confortable with the training.  Need to increase the swim and run.  Total distance for the week, Swim=2850 meters, Bike=147.5 miles, Run=12.3 miles for an approximate time of 11:40.

Week 27

Kind of a first week training, starting to get on the training groove.  Total week distances Swim=2000 meters, Bike=141.68 mles, Run=13 miles for an approximate total time of 10:24.

Back from vacation, had 2 days of training.  Swim=0, Bike=40 miles, Run=8 miles for an approximate time of 3 Hours and 25 minutes.
