Week 35

Longest week of workout so far, felt good, specially to days swim.  Total distance for the week Swim=5350 meters, Bike=172.21 miles, Run=27.2 miles for an approximate total time of 17 hours.

Week 34

Nice recovery week.  Great time to accomplish some family trips (college).  Total distance for the week, Swim=4500 meters, Bike=119.22 miles, Run=25.5 miles for an approximate total time of 12:42.  Big week coming up, a long bike ride and run in the weekend schedule calls for a 17+ hours of training, we will see if I can handle the volume.

Week 33

Great week of training, my longest week so far but feeling very good and strong.  Total distance for the week, Swim=6200 meters, Bike=162.12 miles, Run=25.8 miles for an approximate total time of 16:01.

Week 31

Good week, more of a recovery week.  A longer brick on Saturday.  Total weekly distance Swim=5200, Bike=109.89, Run=19.54 for an approximate total time of 11 hours and 7 minutes.  Next week it will be a tougher longer week. Hoping for the best.

Good week of training, missed one day of training (Thursday) feeling heavy legs.  Total for the week, Swim=6000 meters, Bike=131 miles, Run=23 miles for an approximate time of 13 hours and 32 minutes.
